These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Reshappr website and services. Reshappr LLC ("Reshappr," "we," "us," or "our") is a barber education and coaching company. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

Reshappr provides education and coaching for barbers. This may include online courses, digital products and templates, access to a members portal, group coaching calls, one-on-one coaching sessions, and messaging support between sessions. The specific scope, length, fees, and payment terms of any program are defined in a separate agreement between you and Reshappr, and that agreement controls if anything here conflicts with it.

3. Course Access and Intellectual Property

All course material, videos, frameworks, templates, and digital products remain the property of Reshappr. When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that material for your own business.

Do not share, resell, republish, or redistribute program material, or give your portal login to anyone else.
Do not record, copy, or repost coaching calls without our written permission.
Do not present our material as your own course or coaching product.

We may suspend or revoke access for violations of this section.

4. SMS Program Terms

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Reshappr. The program may include both transactional and marketing messages, such as:

Call confirmations and reminders
Coaching call and session notifications
Account and support communications
Offers and updates about our programs

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Use of Information

We collect and use information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls and coaching sessions, deliver and support our programs, and send notifications by SMS or email. Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not shared without your consent except where required by law.

6. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate and current information.
Use our website, portal, and programs only for lawful purposes.
Follow the terms of any third-party platform you post or operate on, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and any booking software you use.
Do the work. Coaching depends on your participation, and we cannot do the posting, the consultations, or the haircuts for you.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results, income, follower growth, view counts, or booking volume. Any figures we reference, including the founder's own past results, are examples and not a promise of what you will earn. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your skill, your pricing, and how consistently you apply the material. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your own business.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abusive conduct toward staff or other members, sharing program material, or providing inaccurate information. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any separate agreement between us.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reshappr is not liable for transmission failures, carrier issues, network outages, portal downtime, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site, programs, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our services reference and rely on third-party platforms and tools, including social media platforms, booking software, and course hosting. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, policy changes, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
